I am Doug Watson, During my 40 years of active ministry, I’ve experienced much joy and fulfillment through the relationships that I have treasured during my life. I am a better husband, father and pastor by the lives that have impacted me. My greatest passion has always been to value, disciple and to mentor the men and women that God has brought into my life. I have always believed, as leaders, we stand upon the shoulders of those who have come before us and have served and invested into our lives.
About Me;

Doug Watson is the Founder and Executive Director of Harvest International Network. Doug and his wife, Cindy, have been in full-time ministry for 40 years. In January of 2000 Doug and Cindy moved to Richmond Virginia to plant Harvest Renewal Church and began a vibrant church in the historic district of Richmond in the midst of Virginia Commonwealth University. For 22 years Harvest Renewal Church was a welcoming community for families, university students and internationals.
Prior to being the Senior Pastor of Harvest Renewal Church, Doug was on staff at several churches in Georgia and South Carolina. He has pastored and led ministry for children, youth, college students, and church families. In 1995 Doug became the Co-Director of Campus Harvest Ministry, which served local churches in the United States and Internationally in reaching university campuses for Christ.
Doug currently serves on the Board of Directors for Wake Ministry, BMosaic Ministries and Harvest International Network. He also serves on the Apostolic Board for Living Hope Church in Williamsburg Virginia. He has the a passion to connect relationally and to mentor leaders. His Apostolic gifting to pastor enables him to serve churches effectively. Doug brings a wealth of ministry experience and wisdom and is known nationally and internationally as a Pastor to Pastors!
Doug and Cindy reside in Richmond Virginia, have been married for 44 years and have been blessed with a son and two daughters, as well as, two beautiful granddaughters!
Doug desires to see Harvest International Network be a ministry where leaders can find relationships that will value their lives and families above the demands of ministry. He will always strive to honor and edify those who serve God continually.
