The Refuge
The Refuge is a retreat center for leaders and their family’s, who need time to spiritually heal, reflect, rest and be restored from the demands of ministry and life challenges. As a result of seeing many leaders overwhelmed and exhausted from ministry, or just the challenges of life, Pastor Doug and Cindy have dreamed of a place where lives can be renewed and strengthened in a safe and restful environment. Plans for The Refuge will begin in 2022.

Doug operates in an Apostolic function as a Pastor and carries the heart of a Spiritual Father to all he encounters. Doug and his wife, Cindy, are true spiritual parents to many through their years of active ministry. Harvest International Network has been a dream that Pastor Doug has carried in his heart for many years and is overjoyed with the beginning of this Apostolic Network.

Danielle is a Worship Leader, Singer-Songwriter and Event Coordinator for Harvest International Network. She is an excellent networker and has brought in multiple speakers and coordinated conferences in the Richmond, Va area. Her heart yearns for the Sons and Daughters of God to know Him and to walk in their true identity. She believes that now is the time to release the sound of the Divine on the earth just as it is heard in heaven.

The Refuge
Cindy and Doug Watson have been united in marriage and ministry for almost 44 years. Being a spiritual mother in the lives of many would best define Cindy’s heart, gifting and life. The love, prophetic counsel and wisdom that passionately flows from her heart to others have impacted leaders and ministers for many years. Ten years ago, God planted a vision in Cindy’s heart of a retreat setting that would be available to pastors, ministry leaders and their families to be spiritually, mentally and physically renewed and refreshed from the rigors of ministry and life. This vision called “The Refuge” will begin in the year of 2022.

Jessica coordinates communication on the social media channels for Harvest International Network. She and her husband, Bill, pastor Living Hope Church in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Evangelistic and Prophetic Outreach Minister
When Ryan was 15 years old, he had the opportunity to preach his first message at his church during a youth-led service. Since then, Ryan has been ministering the gospel across the United States.
He has also received the opportunity to minister internationally, teaching and preaching prophetically.
Ryan and his wife, Kirsten, have two beautiful children and he is head of Wake Ministries.

Vickay is a gifted Operational Manager and Administrator and was on staff at Harvest Renewal Church for 5 years, where she coordinated multiple meetings, conferences, as well as other administrative services.
Vickay and her husband, Paul, are business owners and have been married for 35 years. Together they have mentored, counseled and taught many couples in the area of Godly marriages.

Coordinator
Faith has a deep passion for prayer and intercession on behalf of others. She is not just a participant in prayer efforts but she is truly a leader in motivating others to become involved in needed prayer. Faith was on staff at Harvest Renewal Church as a part of the Administrative Team and Director of the Children's Ministry. While on staff Faith directed much of the prayer focus for the church and was actively involved with the International House of Prayer in Richmond, Virginia. Faith and her husband, Rich, are active supporters of Harvest International Network.
